Hello everyone,

 

My name is Darrell Thompson. I call Southern California home however, I grew up on the Southside of Chicago; I grew up in an average family household, we were not poor but we were definitely not wealthy or well off either. I learned at an early age to not ask for much and to be satisfied with what I did have. As many young boys do I did my share of being a part of gangs; it was the best way to ensure you had someone to help you fight your way to and from various locations, school being one.

 

I knew at an early age that I had to find my way out of Chicago. I did not go the best route being that I dropped out of school in my Senior year; however, joined the United States Marines. Retired from the Marine Corps with 20 years of faithful service, Married my wife, soulmate Nichelle, a smart, beautiful, and amazing woman. The rest is history!

 

I received my Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Master’s of Science in Cyber Security and Information Assurance; Published Author, Speaker; Mentor, Coach, and Travel Business Owner.

I have been teaching Financial Literacy for over 20 years; helping folks navigate their way out of debt and into a world of Financial Freedom and Understanding. I take an enormous amount of Pride in helping people make it to the Right Side of Money. Marine Corps Command Financial Specialist; held State of South Carolina Insurance Licenses, Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Financial Specialist, License California Real Estate Agent, Dave Ramsey Financial Peace Coordinator. Conducted Financial Literacy Classes and Seminars for several Churches, Travel Business Owner.
